Geoff comfort is a local architectural/aerial photographer, he also talked about overheads. He also had good points that Ben didn't touch on such as copywrite and insurance. Geoff said that you MUST always keep your copywrite, so you can claim extra money. Geoff also said that it is a very good idea to have public liability insurance Geoff has 20 million.

Ben is a wedding photographer that was self tought and has worked his way up now is winning awards internationally and with the aipp. He was really helpful about little things such as overheads and hidden costs. The hidden costs include *advertising, *camera wear, *electricity. Some of the trick that we were told about were things such as snakes for kids (so the kids warm up to him), scissors (for loss bit of the dresses), doing up ties of people that cant do them.

Gavin blue came to CIT and gave a talk on the use of speedlites and how speedlites can be used in all different uses. The positive far out weight the negitives the positive include light weight and can even be used with softboxes for a more pleasing look.
